HELLO old friends! Here we find ourselves (once again) in the month of JUNE, which can only mean one thing! It's the first edition of our blog for 2024!
We hope you're all keeping well and warm, whilst enjoying the baltic Yorkshire summer out there. Glorious isn't it?!
We committed the ultimate travel sin this year. We managed to keep our passport pages 'stamp free' for 4 months and 23 days (not that we were counting...AT ALL). But worry not, we had a gentle word with ourselves and have freshly returned from Mallorca & Los Angeles.

Hot off the heels of Mallorca (some 12hrs later) we took flight to Los Angeles. It's been a long 15 years since Ben was last out in Los Angeles. California is a hot favourite for our clients, so we felt it important to venture back out Stateside to update our local knowledge and recommendations, so you guys are kept up to date with all the latest trends!
Our Californian escapade took us to Santa Monica, West Hollywood, & Palm Springs. The trip was iconic and perfect in proportion/ contrast. Copious amounts of Mexican food, happy hours, and $ bills were consumed/ spent along the way...but, oh boy, what a trip! SO many cool new hotels, superb culinary options, amazing shopping, and a nightlife that revolved around DAY DRINKING?! Who'd have thought 'going out' in Palm Springs was only hip and cool between the hours of 2pm and 8pm?! Perfect, now we're in our 40's and like to burn the candle both ends, whilst also craving a decent nights kip!
